Leadership

Ngozi Azubike is a serial entrepreneur and a dynamic leader with extensive consulting experience providing advisory services, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing global operations, driving business growth, and implementing innovative client-centric solutions to achieve challenging corporate goals. Her career spans 25 years of launching and scaling businesses, acquisition, and operations consulting with major U.S. corporations and governments.  

Ngozi is the founder of two companies, each acquired after 10 years of successful growth. She is also the Managing Director/CEO of Triumf Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that provides professional services to governments. She has a proven track record of delivering measurable results in diverse industries and guiding enterprises through growth phases and acquisitions.  

Ngozi is actively involved in her community and serves on the Board of Advisors at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, Dingman-Lamone Center for Entrepreneurship. She recently completed an 8-year term appointment on the Maryland State Governor’s Commission on African Affairs, where she served as the Chair. She has extensive international business experience and excels at navigating dynamic global environments, ensuring agility, adaptability, and long-term value creation across federal, state, and local government sectors. She has an MBA from the American University’s Kogod College of Business in Washington, D.C. 

Roxann Cooper is a Principal Partner/COO with the Triumf Consulting Group. She is a former Government Executive with outstanding leadership skills honed from her nearly 30-year career in Federal, State, and local government. Her professional reputation is ingrained in her proven experience in call center operations at the Internal Revenue Service, and the District of Columbia Government, along with her current Business Development expertise in private sector organizations.  

In this position, she applies her honed skills in building and leading diverse teams to accomplish business objectives. She ensures Triumf has an experienced team of professionals to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. Roxann is responsible for overall operations and business development. She is instrumental in the company receiving all of its industry certifications, i.e., MDOT/MBE/DBE, WMATA DBE, Prince George’s County Based Business MBE, Woman Owned Small Business and 8a. Recruited for her business development acumen, she is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Greater Baden Medical Services in the state of Maryland.  

An experienced Senior Project Manager, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a member of the Scrum Alliance. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification and earned her B.S. degree in Business and M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.

Brian K. Goetzendanner

Director, Talent Acquisition

Brian K. Goetzendanner has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing and is responsible for ensuring Triumf meets project staffing needs. He identifies motivated candidates and places them in positions that align with their career paths. He is highly networked in the industry and leverages numerous recruiting sources to reach diverse candidates with the right skills to solve our client's complex business problems. Triumf is excited he is a part of our team.

Dr. Tanisha R. Taylor

Director, Contract Management

Dr. Taylor is an experienced Federal government contract manager. She is responsible for Triumf's acquisition strategy, contract compliance, and teaming agreements. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology, an M.S. in Human Resources Development, and a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. We are excited to have her on the Triumf team.
